Hello and welcome to shipping and delivery page! Here you can read some details about a nifty little lifecycle of your order's journey from the time you place your order to your new treasures arriving at your doorstep. At first, you choose the product you like. Then you put into your shopping cart and pass the checkout process in a few clicks. Our store offers several payment methods and delivery methods with next day delivery being the standard - choose which one is the most convenient for you.

Delivery methods

  • Shipment to the door

    What happens when you choose shipment to the door option? Our store takes responsibility for dealing with all the tasks involved in moving goods from our warehouse to the buyer/consignee's door. It is our responsibility to ensure the goods and absorb all costs and risks including the payment of duty and fees. In other words, the selling cost of goods includes all expenses inclusive of taxes to reach the goods at the doorstep of your premises. We regret we are unable to take items into the property and so all orders are on a 'to-the-door' only basis.

  • International delivery

    International delivery is regulated by EXW, Incoterms 2010. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the store shall not be deemed to be responsible for any delay in delivering goods unless actual delivery of goods occurs later than four weeks from the quoted approximate delivery date. The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination.
